丹阳市人民医院血液科创建于1994年，主要从事各种血液系统疾病的诊断和治疗，如再生障碍性贫血、溶血性贫血、 骨髓增生异常综合征、淋巴瘤、多发性骨髓瘤、急慢性白血病的诊治。目前有血液专科医师6名，其中，主任医师1名，副主任医师1名，硕士研究生3名，所有专科医师分别在国内著名三级医院专科进修深造。
我科目前开展了骨髓穿刺、骨髓活检、骨髓细胞学检查、组化染色、白血病免疫分型、白血病的微小残留病灶检测、染色体检查，白血病融合基因检测，基因二代测序。开展了环孢素、甲氨蝶呤血药浓度测定。腰穿鞘內注射治疗中枢神经系统白血病及淋巴瘤。大剂量MTX、大剂量Ara-C治疗急性白血病和淋巴瘤。先后开展了地西他滨联合三氧化二砷治疗骨髓增生异常综合征和老年白血病，硼替佐米治疗多发性骨髓瘤，氟达拉滨治疗难治性急性髓系白血病，利妥昔单抗治疗免疫性血小板减少症，西达本胺治疗T细胞淋巴瘤等多项业务。成功抢救一例粒细胞缺乏时间长达33天的患者。对血液系统疾病的诊断和治疗积累了丰富的临床经验。年门诊人次约5000余人，住院人次约600余人。有固定床位25张，近年在省级以上杂志发表专科论文十余篇，承担南通大学医学院和南京医科大学康达学院本科班血液系统教学任务。
The Department of Hematology of Danyang People's Hospital, established in 1994, is mainly engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of various blood system diseases, such as aplastic anemia, hemolytic anemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, acute and chronic leukemia. At present, there are 6 blood specialists, including 1 chief physician, 1 deputy chief physician, and 3 postgraduate students. All specialists have been to domestic famous third-level hospitals for further study.
The department currently carries out bone marrow aspiration, bone marrow biopsy, bone marrow cytology, histochemical staining, leukemia immunophenotyping, detection of minimal residual disease in leukemia, chromosome examination, leukemia fusion gene detection and gene second generation sequencing. The department also does the determination of blood concentration of cyclosporine and methotrexate. Central nervous system leukemia and lymphoma are treated with intrathecal injection and acute leukemia and lymphoma are treated with high-dose MTX and high-dose Ara-C. Furthermore, a variety of treatment options have been launched such as decitabine combined with arsenic trioxide in the treatment of myelodysplastic syndrome and senile leukemia, bortezomib in the treatment of multiple myeloma, fludarabine used for refractory acute myeloid leukemia, rituximab for immune thrombocytopenia, and citalopram for T-cell lymphoma etc. The department has successfully rescued a patient with a granulocyte deficiency for up to 33 days. So far, the department has accumulated rich clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of blood system diseases, with about 5,000 outpatients and about 600 inpatients per year. In recent years, the staff members have published over ten papers in magazines above provincial level, and they have also undertaken the teaching tasks of blood system course for undergraduate classes of the Medical College of Nantong University and Kangda College of Nanjing Medical University.

吴雅荣：副主任医师，硕士研究生，南京医科大学康达学院兼职副教授，江苏省研究型医院贫血分会委员，镇江市特药责任医师，2004年毕业于江苏大学医学院临床系，2009年取得血液内科临床硕士学位。曾在苏州大学附属第一医院血液内科进修，熟悉并掌握内科疑难危重疾病的诊治。在核心期刊及省级期刊发表论文数篇。并担任南通大学医学院血液内科教学工作。
