丹阳市人民医院输血科成立于2007年，其主要职能是负责临床用血的技术实施和技术指导，确保供血、储血、配血和科学合理用血措施的执行。现对输血科概况介绍如下:

　　一、实验室面积：输血科现有面积230平方米，设有储血室、血型室、配血室、血液接收室、发血室、资料室等功能间。

　　二、实验室人员结构：现有工作人员 6 人,均是经过输血专业理论和实验技术培训合格的具有专业技术职称的医疗、检验专业毕业的人员。其中本科6人，高级职称2人，中级职称3人，初级职称1人。

　　三、主要仪器设备：强生全自动血型及配血分析系统、储血冰箱、血小板振荡仪、冰冻血浆解冻箱、血液加温仪、冷链温控系统、血库型专用离心机、显微镜、热和机等先进的检验设备，

　　四、实验室开展的血型血清学实验项目：常规开展输血相容性检测（微柱凝胶法ABO正反定型、RH（D）血型测定、交叉配血、抗体筛选试验）。

　　五、实验室项目质控及信息化建设：所有项目均开展室内质控，参加卫计委、省级临床检验中心组织的室间质评活动，成绩连续多年优秀；输血信息化管理系统已与医院信息系统（HIS）联网，所有业务均采用计算机管理。

　　六、开展的主要业务有临床供血：24小时提供全院临床手术、治疗及抢救用血，建立绿色通道用血，完善血液应急预案。供应临床的血液成分有：悬浮少白细胞红细胞、洗涤红细胞、机采血小板、病毒灭活血浆、新鲜冰冻血浆、冷沉淀、稀有血液制品等。现在医院成分输血率为99.8%以上，同时参与全院临床科室的疑难病例讨论及输血病例的临床会诊，指导和监督临床科学合理用血。

　　七、教学与科研：承担了江苏大学、南通大学以及其他医学院校的实习带教、下级医院临床输血工作人员的进修培养任务。科室人员在中华及中文核心期刊上发表文章20多篇。

 

　　The Department of Blood Transfusion of Danyang People's Hospital was established in 2007 for the technical management and guidance of clinical blood use to ensure the implementation of scientific and rational use of blood measures including blood supply, blood storage and blood matching etc. The profile of the department is as follows:

　　First, the laboratory area: the existing area of the blood transfusion department is 230 square meters, with various functional rooms such as a blood storage room, a blood type room, a blood matching room, a blood receiving room, a blood distribution room, data room etc.

　　II, the laboratory personnel structure: the department has an existing staff of 6 ,all of whom are qualified medical and laboratory graduates with professional technical titles:2 with senior titles, 3 with intermediate titles, and 1with junior title.

　　III, advanced testing equipment : Johnson automatic blood type and blood distribution analysis system, blood storage refrigerator, platelet oscillator, frozen plasma thawing box, blood warming instrument, cold chain temperature control system, special centrifuge for blood bank, microscope, heating mixer etc. 

　　IV. Blood-type serological experimental projects carried out routinely in the laboratory: transfusion compatibility tests ( ABO positive and negative stereotypes by microcolumn gel method, RH (D) blood group determination, cross-matching, antibody screening test).

　　V. Quality control and information construction of laboratory projects: All projects are under indoor quality control, and have been assessed as excellent for many years in the inter-room quality evaluation activities organized by the Health Planning Commission and the provincial clinical testing center. The blood transfusion information management system has been networked with The Hospital Information System (HIS) and all businesses are managed by computers now.

　　VI, The main business carried out is clinical blood supply: 24 hours  of blood supply is available for clinical surgery, treatment and rescue in the whole hospital; build green channel for emergency blood supply and improve blood emergency plan. The clinical blood components are: suspension of leukocyte red blood cells, washing red blood cells, machine platelets, virus inactivated plasma, fresh frozen plasma, cryoprecipitate, rare blood products etc. At present, the component blood transfusion rate is over 99.8% in the hospital. Moreover,  specialists of the department participate actively in the discussion of difficult cases in various clinical departments of the hospital and provide guidance and supervision on the clinical use of blood transfusion.

　　VII. Teaching and Scientific Research: the department undertakes the training for interns from medical colleges of Jiangsu University, Nantong University etc, as well as the training tasks for clinical blood transfusion staff in hospitals of lower level . And the department staff have published more than 20 articles in Chinese core journals so far.
