丹阳市人民医院整形美容烧外科是集临床医疗、教学和科研为一体的专业科室，该学科是镇江市最早开展整形美容和烧伤医疗服务的专业外科之一。建科二十余年来，在老一辈专家的共同努力下，手术切口瘢痕控制技术上在镇江地区已经处于领先地位。
        目前科室有医师4名，其中副主任医师1名，其中硕士1名。平均年收治约400余例专科患者，年门诊量约为2000例次。科室主要业务包括整形修复、美容外科、器官功能重建、烧（烫）伤救治、创伤修复、慢性溃疡创面修复、显微外科等专业。
        治疗各种体表肿瘤和病变，如色素痣、疣、囊肿、腋臭、皮肤良恶性肿瘤，皮肤软组织巨大肿瘤以及肿瘤修复；综合性治疗各类疤痕和瘢痕疙瘩，尤其对手术切口瘢痕的控制有特色；各类血管瘤的综合治疗；治疗各类先天性畸形，如唇裂、先天性小耳和无耳畸形、先天性多指、并指等；治疗各种先天性和外伤后手部疾患；与骨科、普外科、胸心外科等科室合作，采用皮瓣修复复杂性、难治性创面和窦道；结合负压引流技术特色治疗技术各类慢性溃疡。开展各类美容手术，包括综合重睑术、综合眼袋祛除术、综合（耳软骨、肋软骨、假体）隆鼻术、面部除皱术、下颌部整形、颧部整形、吸脂术（面部、腰腹部环吸、臀部、大腿内侧、上臂内侧）、隆乳术、乳房缩小术、综合（吸脂+腹壁皮肤切除）腹壁整形术、女性会阴部整形术（阴蒂缩小、小阴唇肥大、阴道紧缩）等，取得良好的社会效益和经济效益。对大面积深度烧伤、特殊原因（电烧伤、化学烧伤、热轧伤等）烧伤的抢救和治疗有着丰富的经验。器官再造：各类乳房再造、耳再造、鼻再造等。开展了乳房下垂直切口巨乳缩小（上提）术、颞部小切口除皱术、小切口超薄皮瓣法及抽吸法腋臭治疗、大剂量自体脂肪颗粒注射隆乳、纳米脂肪全面部填充塑形等适宜新技术新方法，取得了良好的效果。
        在头面部美容外科、乳房整形再造、皮肤癌、头颈部肿瘤切除修复、胸腹壁巨大肿瘤切除及胸腹壁重建等方面逐渐形成了科室特色。
 

 

　 The Department of Cosmetic and Burn surgery of Danyang People's Hospital is a professional department integrating clinical medicine, teaching and scientific research. It is one of the earliest professional surgeries in Zhenjiang to carry out plastic and burn medical services. Over the past 20 years, with the joint efforts of the older generation of experts, surgical incision scar control technology has been in the leading position in Zhenjiang area.
      At present, the department has 4 physicians, including 1 associate chief physician, including 1 master. On average, more than 400 specialized patients are admitted to hospital every year, and the annual outpatient volume is about 2000 cases. The main business of the department includes plastic repair, cosmetic surgery, organ function reconstruction, burn (scalding) injury treatment, wound repair, chronic ulcer wound repair, microsurgery and other specialties.
     Our Department treats various surface tumors and lesions, such as pigmented nevus, warts, cysts, axillary osmidrosis, benign and malignant skin tumors, giant skin and soft tissue tumors, and tumor repair. We use comprehensive treatment to treat all kinds of scars and keloids. Controlling scar hyperplasia after healing of surgical incision is our advantage. All kinds of hemangioma were treated by comprehensive methods. Our department can treat various congenital malformations, such as cleft lip, congenital microtia and aneuria, congenital polydactyly, syndactyly, etc. We can treat various congenital and post-traumatic hand diseases. We cooperate with orthopaedics, general surgery, thoracic and cardiac surgery departments to repair complex, refractory wounds and sinuses with skin flaps, and to treat chronic ulcers with negative pressure drainage technology. We use negative pressure drainage technology to treat chronic ulcers. Our department carries out various kinds of cosmetic operations, including comprehensive double eyelid surgery, comprehensive pouch removal surgery, comprehensive augmentation rhinoplasty (ear cartilage, costal cartilage, prosthesis), facial rhinoplasty, mandibular plastic surgery, zygomatic plastic surgery, liposuction (face, waist and abdomen, hip, thigh medial, upper arm medial), augmentation mammaplasty, breast reduction surgery, comprehensive (liposuction + abdominal wall skin excision) abdominal wall plastic surgery. Surgery, female perineal plastic surgery (clitoral reduction, labia minor hypertrophy, vaginal constriction, hymen repair), etc. We have rich experience in the rescue and treatment of extensive deep burns and burns of special causes (electric burns, chemical burns, hot rolling injuries, etc.). Organ reconstruction: various types of breast reconstruction, ear reconstruction, nasal reconstruction, etc. We have developed some new techniques, such as reduction of mammoplasty through vertical incision under breast, rhytidectomy through small temporal incision, small incision ultra thin skin flap and negative pressure suction method for treatment of Underarm odor, breast augmentation by injecting large doses of autologous fat granules, and total facial nano-fat filling and shaping. All of these have achieved good results.
    Our Department has gradually formed its own characteristics in head and face cosmetology, breast plastic and reconstruction, skin cancer, head and neck tumor resection and repair, resection of huge tumors in chest and abdominal wall and reconstruction of chest and abdominal wall.
