丹阳市人民医院骨科、内分泌科、风湿科、康复科、影像科、临床检测中心等多科协作，由接受过骨质疏松诊疗规范化培训的相关专家组成我市唯一的骨质疏松症诊治中心，旨在加强中老年人预防骨质疏松症的意识，减少骨质疏松症所带来的危害，做到早预防早治疗，提高患者的生活质量，将为广大骨质疏松患者带来福音。我院引进了全球最先进的骨密度测定仪——美国GE高级双能X线骨密度测定仪对骨质疏松症进行风险评估，提示人们发生骨质疏松的风险，在丹阳市最早开展骨代谢指标的检查，更好的指导骨质疏松患者的治疗。
中心成立以来，开展了经皮椎体成形术（PVP）和经皮后凸成形术（PKP）等各种治疗骨质疏松引起椎体压缩性骨折的微创介入技术，打一针，治疗骨折，不需要开刀，在清晰的电视透视下，通过特制的导管向被破坏的椎体内注入骨水泥，支撑起塌陷的椎体，将椎体加固起来，增强椎体的稳定性，相当于重新为患者筑起一道支撑椎体的“城墙”。手术一般在局麻下进行，一次治疗大概需要30到40分钟时间，手术安全性好，即使身体虚弱的患者也可以接受此治疗。治疗后，95％的患者能显著缓解疼痛，功能恢复。椎体成形术的治疗作用快速、持久，具有明显的控制疼痛、加固椎体的作用，其良好的疗效是传统的治疗方法所不能比拟的。对于腰椎退变性疾病伴骨质疏松的患者，中心开展了骨水泥椎弓根钉强化固定技术，使骨质疏松患者又多了一道保障。骨质疏松诊疗中心的特点：一、多科协作有助于整合各科资源，促进和完善骨质疏松症患者的综合诊治，骨质疏松门诊专家，因具备各科专业经验，以骨质疏松治疗为重点，及早诊断筛查出许多其它疾病，使一些初患甲旁亢、糖尿病、骨性关节炎等病人得到了及早的诊断；二、先进的诊断技术保证骨质疏松患者的早期明确诊断和治疗；三、根据患者处于骨质疏松的不同病期，采取在多科协作的基础上结合专科治疗，如骨质疏松合并脊柱骨折就要骨科专科治疗。这样不但确保了诊断的准确性，同时为患者提供了科学的、个性化的、规范的治疗方案。

Since the establishment of the center, various minimally invasive interventional techniques such as percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP) and percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP) for the treatment of vertebral compression fractures caused by osteoporosis have been carried out. A single injection is performed to treat fractures without the need for an operation. Under clear TV fluoroscopy, bone cement is injected into the damaged vertebroplasty through a special catheter to support the collapsed vertebroplasty. Reinforcing the vertebral body and enhancing the stability of the vertebral body is equivalent to re-building a "wall" that supports the vertebral body for the patient. Surgery is usually performed under local anesthesia, a treatment takes about 30 to 40 minutes, the surgical safety is good, even frail patients can be accepted this treatment. After treatment, 95% of patients experienced significant pain relief and functional recovery. 黄 勇：内分泌科主任，大内科主任，主任医师，2001年在江苏省人民医院内分泌代谢科进修深造，2015年赴美国路易斯维尔大学医学院内分泌代谢科访问学习。并多次参加全国各种学术交流，热心开展糖尿病教育。擅长糖尿病及其并发症、甲状腺疾病、甲状旁腺疾病、肾上腺疾病、垂体疾病、骨质疏松等内分泌系统疾病的诊治。近年来与省人民医院合作开展了多项科研项目。2次获丹阳市“最美医师”称号。
郦文琴：内分泌科主任医师，本科，曾在上海长海医院进修深造。擅长糖尿病及其并发症、甲状腺疾病、垂体疾病及肾上腺疾病、更年期综合症等内分泌系统疾病的诊治。近期在省级以上医学杂志发表论文4篇。多次被评为先进工作者、十佳医生。

方利平：主任医师，镇江市风湿病学会委员，康达学院副教授，本科学历，1993年毕业于镇江医学院，1998年在上海长海医院风湿免疫科进修学习，从事风湿病的诊治20余年，积累了丰富的经验，擅长各类风湿病的诊治，如类风湿关节炎、痛风性关节炎、各种骨性关节炎、强直性脊柱炎、系统性红斑狼疮、干燥综合征、骨质疏松症及各种类型的血管炎。另外在肿瘤的诊治方面也积累了丰富的经验，曾于2010年在江苏省肿瘤医院进修深造。近年来在省级以上期刊发表学术论文数篇，并多次参加省内外学术交流。
